Obituary of Bethany McCue

Bethany McCue South Plainfield, NJ - Bethany (Pizzolato) McCue, 41, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick after a two year long battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Born in Plainfield, Bethany has been a resident of the borough for most of her life. She had worked for many dental offices throughout Plainfield, North Plainfield and Warren. Most recently, Bethany was the office manage for Associated Periodontist located in Warren. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Cross located in North Plainfield. Bethany loved spending time with her family, she enjoyed shopping and has participated in many walks to benefit cancer awareness. Bethany leaves behind her husband Michael McCue, her step-children Matthew and Ryan McCue, her mother and step-father Judy and John Murphy of Hendersonville, NC, her father Phillip Pizzolato of South Plainfield and by her siblings; Phillip and Ellie Pizzolato of Fanwood, Cristine and Michael Evans of Las Vegas, NV and Stephanie and Patrick Mann of Middlesex. She also leaves behind many extended family and friends as well has her dog Teddy. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 beginning 10:00 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by burial in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Monday, August 1, 2011 from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the service time.
