Obituary of Stephanie Frances Quince

Stephanie Frances Quince, 38, of Plainfield,NJ passed away suddenly on September 22, 2017 at Overlook Medical Center, Summit and gave the gift of life to others through organ and tissue donation. Born in Orange to William Quince and Cheryl Slaten-Quince, she was raised in Plainfield,NJ and was a graduate of Plainfield High School class of 1997. Stephanie went on to attend Everest College and worked in the Retail Management industry for over fifteen years. She was currently a Price Coordinator with Toys R Us in Watchung,NJ Stephanie was a vibrant young woman who loved her family. She was a dedicated mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend who was known for her bubbly personality and outgoing spirit. Stephanie would coordinate family outings and enjoyed taking day trips and vacations. She cherished the quality time spent together and her memory will live on in those who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Revell and Mary Frances Quince and her maternal grandparents, Melvin and Myrtle Slaten. Surviving are her beloved son, Omar Quince, her loving parents William and Cheryl Quince, her dear brother and best friend, Steven Quince and his partner Jennifer, her cherished niece Zaria, her aunt Diane Scott, her cousins Tova and Andre Scott, and her extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ. Funeral services will begin at 10:00AM on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the funeral home, with family to begin gathering at 9:00AM Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
