Dorothy "Dottie" Prosuk, 75, passed away April 28, 2014 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born and raised in Newark, Dottie settled with her family in Piscataway in 1963. She was formerly a secretary with C. R. Laurence in Somerset. Dottie enjoyed knitting, crocheting and spending time at the shore, but her biggest enjoyment came from spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Prosuk was predeceased by her brothers, Edward Barnaman and William Barnaman. Surviving are her loving husband of 57 years, Mr. Richard Prosuk Sr. of Piscataway; her daughter Dawn Pesotini and her husband Ron of Duryea, PA; her son Rick Prosuk and his wife Liz of Westfield; her beautiful and cherished grandchildren, Jennifer Tinsman, Jeffery Tinsman, Jami Tinsman, Joey Tinsman, Emily Prosuk and Michael Prosuk; her great grandson Cael Tinsman and a host of other relatives and friends.
