Dominic Iannucci, 79, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Arbor Glen Health Center in Bridgewater. Born in South Plainfield to the late Albert and Angelina (Marino) Iannucci, Dominic grew up in Plainfield before settling to Piscataway in 1966. An avid sports fan, he loved the NY Yankees, NY Giants and Notre Dame football. Dominic enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and loved spending lots of time with family and friends. He also enjoyed the art of carpentry, landscaping and had a passion for World History. For many years, he was a proud member of the Italian American Club in North Plainfield. Surviving are his loving wife of 50 years, Dorothy L. (Kelly) Iannucci; his three children, Lisa Robinson, Luanne Donahue and her husband Tom, Daniel Iannucci and his wife Lauren; his sister Connie Bottone and her husband Clem. He will also be missed by his five grandchildren, Bernie Robinson III, Grace Donahue, Corey Iannucci, Zachary Iannucci and Grant Donahue. Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 9:30 AM at Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway NJ 08854 followed by a Mass at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Piscataway. Entombment will be in Resurrection Burial Park. Family and friends may attend visitation on Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
