Obituary of Michele Laskowitz

South Bound Brook Michele (LaBrecque) Laskowitz, 67, of South Bound Brook, passed away on March 29, 2014 at her home. Born in Elizabeth, NJ to her late parents Howard and Marie (Long) LaBrecque, she was a resident of South Bound Brook for many years.For fifteen years, Michele worked for the Quick Check in Bridgewater, ten years at Thermo Scientific and formerly employed at Baker and Taylor for twenty-seven years.Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her son Frank Laskowitz, Jr. who died in January of 2013.Michele leaves behind her daughter Melanie Horsburgh and her husband Jason of South Bound Brook and by seven grandchildren; Chantelle Beardall, Kyle and Dylan Laskowitz, Kailin, Mason-Gage, Lennix and Nevay Horsburg. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren Kenzleigh and Lilah Laskowitz and by her siblings; Lynn Milano and her husband Edward of Metuchen, Janis LaBrecque of Somerset, Howard LaBrecque Jr. of High Bridge and Leslie Wallace of East Brunswick.A memorial gathering will be held in Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm with a religious service beginning at 1:30 pm.
