It is with great sadness that the family of Vojkan Zlatkov announces his passing, on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the age of 42.
Born in Belgrade, Serbia, Vojkan resided in South Plainfield for the majority of his life.
Along with his brother, Vojkan was the co-owner of the well-known Court House Sub Shop in Somerville. He graduated from South Plainfield High School Class of '95 and was an avid NY Yankees and NY Giants fan. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his brother, Vojkan is survived by his parents, several aunts, uncles, his sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 6-9pm in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals.
The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 beginning at 10am at the Macedonian Orthodox Church, 1050 Pompton Ave Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.
Interment will follow at St. Peter & Paul Orthodox Cemetery, 1166 Millstone River Rd. Hillsborough, NJ 08844.
