I am so very sorry for the loss of your loved one. P!ease know that death and the pain it causes were never Jehovah God's purpose for us. To give us comfort and hope He gave His very own son Jesus and many Bible promises that help us through difficult times such as this. Such as Acts 24:15, which promises that our loved ones who have passed away will live again! Imagine seeing your dear Patricia again! What a wonderful time that will be! In time if you would like to know more about God's promises please visit jw.org. Again I am so sorry.

I had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Patty and having her teach both of my children at Bright Beginnings. She was one of their favorite teachers and always made their day better. Her smile was contagious and she was one of the funniest people I've ever met. She will be truly missed. - The Marques Family

My condolences to the DeSanto families. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of dear Patricia. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up". And the Bible also says "The righteous themselves will possess the earth and they will forever reside upon it". Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says "Do not marvel at this because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering.
