Joseph E. Lencoski, 85, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021at the Abingdon Care and Rehab Center in Green Brook.

Born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, Joe grew up in Pennsylvania, moved to South Bound Brook where he graduated from Bound Brook High School and was a longtime resident of Middlesex.

Mr. Lencoski worked as a Research Design Engineer for Bell Labs in Whippany for many years prior to his retirement.

He is a former member of both the Middlesex and Watchung Hills Elks and in his spare time loved working with various kinds of electronic devices.

In addition, Joe also enjoyed traveling abroad with his wife to various destinations especially to London, Paris and Rome.

He is predeceased by a sister Mary Ann Lencoski and is survived by his wife, Lorraine of Middlesex; daughter, Aleece Lencoski Hussey of Florida and Renee Huseman and her husband Scott; grandchildren, Jonathan and Kyle Hussey, Larissa Smiecinski and Desiree Titus and great grandchildren, Mason and Madelynn.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Gathering on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 2-4pm in the Middlesex Funeral Home 528 Bound Brook Rd. Middlesex, NJ 08846.

Funeral Mass will follow on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 11am at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Middlesex.
