Obituary of Reginald Ramagadoo
Reginald Ramagadoo, 80, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born and raised in Guyana, Reginald arrived to the United States in 1997 settling to South Plainfield.
He worked has a handler for Flexpack in South Plainfield for several years prior to his retirement and enjoyed spending time with his family particularly with his grandchildren.
He enjoyed watching western films, fishing, and gardening in his spare time.
Predeceased by his wife Rukmin Ramagadoo and children Davis Ramagadoo and Devendra Ramagadoo; surviving are his children, Indira Deepan of Piscataway, Nadira Shanker of FL., Neta Ramagadooof South Plainfield, Elvis Ramagadoo of Piscataway, Ernest Ramagadoo of South Plainfield and Dennis Ramagadoo of Plainfield; sisters, Elizabeth Boohit of NY, Norma Rangasammyof NC, Noreen Charran of NY and Sandra Boohit also of NY; and brother Arnold Ramagadoo of NY. 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 9:30am – 11:30am in the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 6-9pm in the funeral home.
