Obituary of Avelino Guerrero Vega

North Plainfield, NJ – Avelino Guerrero Vega, de 69 años, murió repentinamente en su casa en México en marzo 31 de 2023. Nacido el 10 de marzo de 1954 en Apo, MPIO, Tancitaro, Michuacan, México. Hijo de Miguel Guerrero Ríos y Bacillia Vega Zamudio, se casó con su bella esposa Angelina en noviembre el 26 de octubre de 1979, y desde entonces han pasado juntos y felices sirviendo a Jehová.

Avelino se bautizó como testigo de Jehová el 2 de noviembre de 1996 y fue miembro de

la Congregación West Spanish Plainfield donde sirvió como Anciano y Precursor Regular. Avelino amaba estar en el ministerio, era un hombre celoso en lo que hacía. Predicaba y enseñaría a la gente acerca de la maravillosa esperanza para el futuro que se encuentra en la biblia. Se le conocía, como “el señor del sombrero” por qué le encantaba usar sombrero, Sin embargo, su verdadera marca identificadora era su comportamiento amable y sentido del humor que lo hizo ser querido por todos.

Lo sobreviven su amada familia; su esposa Angelina Jiménez de Guerrero;

Sus tres hijas, Llesenia Maldonado y su esposo Javier, Begonia Guerrero, Abelina

Guerrero y su esposo Rene Román; y su hijo Carlos Guerrero. Sus nietos; Nina y esposo Landy Jiménez, Jr., Desiderio Maldonado, Cassandra Guerrero, Abdiel y Aiden

Romano.También sus bisnietos Natanael y Alaia Jiménez y una gran cantidad de

familiares y amigos.

El velorio se llevará a cabo en McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals

2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 el miércoles 12 de abril de 2023 de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. con una charla impartida por un miembro del Salón del Reino a partir de las 7:00 p. m.

Familiares y amigos están invitados a una charla fúnebre en 1324 Woodland Ave, Plainfield, NJ 07060. Salón del Reino de Los Testigos de Jehová a partir de las 6:30 p. m. el viernes 14 de abril de 2023.

North Plainfield, NJ – Avelino Guerrero Vega, 69, died suddenly at his home in Mexico on March 31, 2023.  Born March 10, 1954 in Apo, MPIO, Tancitaro, Michuacan, Mexico to the late Miguel Guerrero Rios and Bacillia Vega Zamudio, he married his beautiful wife Angelina on November 26, 1979, and since then, they happily spent their lives together in service to Jehovah.

Avelino was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on November 2, 1996 and was a member of the West Spanish Congregation where he served as an Elder and Regular Pioneer.  Avelino loved being in the ministry and would zealously preach and teach people about the wonderful hope for the future found in the bible.  He was easily identified by the big brim hats he loved to wear, however, his true identifying mark was his kind demeanor and lighthearted sense of humor that endeared him to everyone.

To cherish his memory, Avelino leaves behind his family; wife Angelina Jimenez de Guerrero; three daughters, Llesenia Maldonado and her husband Javier, Begonia Guerrero, Abelina Guerrero and her husband Renet Roman; son Carlos Guerrero. His grandchildren; Nina and her husband Landy Jimenez, Jr., Desiderio Maldonado, Cassandra Guerrero, Abdiel and Aiden Roman. 

He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren Nathanael and Alaia Jimenez and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 4pm – 8pm with a talk held by a member of the Kingdom Hall beginning 7:00pm.

Family and friends are invited to a funeral talk at 1324 Woodland Ave, Plainfield, NJ 07060 Kingdom Hall beginning 6:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023.
