Obituary of Raymond Romano

Raymond Romano, 71, passed away suddenly on Monday, May 29, 2023, at his home in Middlesex.

A lifelong resident of Middlesex, Raymond graduated from Middlesex High School, and went on to proudly serve in the United States Navy. He continued his involvement with the military as he worked at the Lyon’s VA Medical Center.

Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Marie Romano, and brother Rene Romano, he is survived by his companion Barbara Lemley, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ, on Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 12 PM to 3 PM.

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Virgin RC Church, located in Middlesex, NJ, on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 10:30 AM.

Burial will follow and St. Gertrude’s Cemetery in Colonia, NJ
