Patrick A.DeMicco passed away peacefully in his Roselle home on March 14,2024,several,days after his 80th birthday.  

After graduating high school, Patrick served in the United States Navy and was stationed in Antartica on the USS Polaris nuclear-armed submarine.  Patrick continued his work for the government through his employment in the United States Postal Service retiring after 53 years of service at the Elizabeth Post Office.

Patrick is survived by his three children Patrice De Micco of Roselle, Patrick Towlen of Monroe Township, and Vanessa DeMicco of Summit, and grandchildren, Solom’e Correa De Micco, Nicolette Robinson, and Melina Towlen. He is also survived by his sister Lucille DeMicco and nephew Steve “aka Elvis” Krall of Brick, along with many cousins.

On Tuesday, March 26, visitation will be at McCriskin-Gustafson Funeral Home, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ, from 8:30-9:30 am followed by a 10 am funeral mass at Sacred Heart Church,149 South Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ.

Burial will follow at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, 53 Inman Avenue, Colonia, NJ.

Donations in Patrick’s memory can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
