Obituary of Margaret L. Swarbrick

Piscataway, NJ - Margaret L. Swarbrick passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 surrounded by her family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 26 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Church in Piscataway, followed by interment at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Visitation hours are on Friday, May 25 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
Margaret was born and raised in Jersey City before settling in Piscataway in 1960. Margaret worked for many years as an office manager. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed hosting family events. She also loved theater, reading, travel and playing canasta and bridge with her dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Thomas; mother Gertrude; husband Richard, son Daniel and his wife Nancy; her sister Geraldine; and her brothers Thomas, William and Walter. Surviving are her loving daughters Mary and her husband Kevin, Eileen and her husband Richard, Margaret "Peggy" and Patrice; her grandchildren Nora, Michael, William, Danielle, Lauren, and Maureen and her husband Joseph and their children Joseph, Jr., Lauren and Matthew; her brother John "Jack" and his wife Eleanor; her sister-in-law Clelia; and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's name to the St. Frances Cabrini Church Renovations Fund, 208 Bound Brook Avenue, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
