Obituary of Angelina Jankoski

Angelina Jankoski South Plainfield - Angelina (Pellegrino) Jankoski, 86, died on Friday, October 3, 2008 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born and raised in Plainfield, Mrs. Jankoski resided in South Plainfield for over 60 years. A communicant of Sacred Heart RC Church in South Plainfield, Angelina loved to cook, garden and spend time with her entire family. Her husband Charles whom she was lovingly devoted to for 60 years passed away in 2007. In addition she is pre-deceased by her grandson Kevin Stanislao who died in 2005, 4 sisters; Molly Marino, Margaret Stevens, Dee Peretti, and Catherine Pellegrino and a brother Tony Pellegrino.Surviving are her children; Dolores Stanislao and her husband Monico of North Plainfield and Michael and his wife Neva of South Plainfield, her brother John and his wife Ralphine of Delaware, and by 3 grandchildren; Paul Stanislao and his wife Roseanne, Mike and Leann Jankoski. Also surviving are several niece, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at 10:45 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield followed by a 11:30 AM funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6, 2008 from 4-8 PM in the funeral home.
