Obituary of Kathleen M. Quail

Kathleen M. Quail South Plainfield, NJ - Kathleen Marie (Wenz) Quail, 46, died on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Haven Hospice located within JFK Medical Center in Edison after a long battle with cancer. Although her life was cut short by illness, it was a very full and happy one. Her favorite things were her countless special times with her children, vacations to places like Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cancun and Jamaica; annual trips to Cape May Point and Wildwood Crest and so many wonderful times with her many, many friends. A fun mom, a great friend and an inspiration to many people due to how she lived her life. Everyone was drawn to her wonderful personality and beautiful smile. Kathi loved helping others and making them feel loved. She is predeceased by her mom Audrey (Welsh) and father Jack Wenz. Kathi leaves behind her loving family; husband John of many years, her son Kyle and daughter Jamie of South Plainfield, her brothers; Mike and his wife Jean of Mountainside, nephews Patrick and Jackson, John and his wife Barbara of North Port, FL and their family, and countless friends made throughout her life. On Monday, June 21, 2010, family and friends are invited to gather at Sacred Heart RC Church, 149 South Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield for a 10:00am funeral liturgy. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains. Visitation will be in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Sunday, June 20, 2010 from 4-8pm. In lieu of flowers, Kathi would want everyone to simply remember to live their life one day at a time - making sure to appreciate their families and friends and all the little things and daily moments that makes life so wonderful.
