South Plainfield, NJ - Edward M. Orzel, 64, died suddenly on July 26, 2009 at his residence.
Born in Wilkes Barre, PA, Edward has been a lifelong resident of South Plainfield.
Edward was honorably discharged from the United States Army after faithfully serving his country during Vietnam.
In January 2009, he retired from the VA Hospital in Lyons, NJ where he worked as a Nurses Technician. He had a love for animals, especially horses.
Predeceased by his parents, Edward leaves behind his sister Diane Russo and her husband Louis and his niece Sheri Russo; all of Georgia.
A memorial service honoring his life will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2009 from 1-3 PM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
In lieu of flowers, donations to your local Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
