Piscataway - James D. Petitt, 33, died Sunday, December 8, 2013 at home.
Born in New Brunswick, James resided in Piscataway his entire life.
He graduated from Piscataway High School in 1998 and was currently employed by Guardian Logistics in Cliffwood.
He is predeceased by his stepfather Stu Storey and his grandmother Margaret Schmitt.
Surviving are his mother Margaret "Pegg" Storey and his brother Gregory Schmitt both of North Carolina, his longtime girlfriend Renee Marinelli of Piscataway, his grandfather John Schmitt and several loving relatives and friends. He is also survived by his father Daniel Petitt of Clinton.
Funeral services will begin at 6:30PM on Saturday, December 14, 2013 in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield NJ 07080. Visitation will begin at 3PM until service time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
