South Plainfield - Betty Acorda, 67, died on Friday, August 7, 2015 in Westfield.
Born in the Phillippines, Betty had been a resident of South Plainfield for several years.
She is survived by her sisters, Lucy Dantis and Tesi Acorda of South Plainfield and Arsenia Acorda of the Phillippines; brother, Efren Acorda of California; niece, Jocelynn Suarez and nephew, Nick Dantis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 6-9pm in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 beginning at 10AM at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield.
Interment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield.
