Obituary of John R. Grambor

John R. Grambor Plainfield, NJ - John R. Grambor, 69, died on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at his residence. Born in Elizabeth, John graduated from Red Bank High School and has lived in Plainfield since 1973. After eight years of honorable service, John was discharged from the United States Navy in 1971. In 2008, John retired from EBI Medical Systems located in Parsippany as a Reliability Engineer. He loved fishing, woodworking and making model boats by scratch. John is predeceased by his parents, John C. and Anna E. (Kennedy) Grambor. He leaves behind his wife of forty-two years Frances J. ( Hartman) Grambor, his three sons; R. Brian of Plainfield, Jack C. of Edison and Thomas E. also of Plainfield, his sister Carol Ann McCabe of Coral Springs, FL and his three grandsons, Justin, Jacob and Daniel. At the request of the family, cremation was held privately. Funeral arrangements are being handled by McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals in South Plainfield.
