Middlesex, NJ - Florence (Szymanski) Wysocki, 94, entered into eternal rest at her home on Monday, July 27, 2015. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Florence lived in North Plainfield before moving to Middlesex in 1956. She retired from White-Westington House in Edison, in 1981, where she worked for many years on the assembly line. Florence was very active within the Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish Community having belonged to the Altar Rosary Society and formerly their Seniors Club. She loved gardening, canning, making arts and crafts and was a member of the Middlesex Seniors. She is predeceased by her parents Andrew and Nellie (Macaravage) Szymanski, her husband Zigmond Wysocki who died June 17, 1992 and by two siblings; Raymond Szymanski and Lillian Miskewicz. Florence, a devoted mother and grandmother, is survived by her children; Stanley Wysocki and his wife Judy Nylen of Brooklyn, Raymond Wysocki of Delaware Township, NJ and Marianne and her husband Chip Totaro of Denville. She also leaves behind her granddaughter Erin Nylen-Wysocki and her brother and sisters; Anthony Szymanski and his wife Stella of Wilkes-Barre, PA, Marie Kemmerer and her husband Edward of Mine Hill, NJ, Betty Martin of Wilkes-Barre, PA and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place in Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Friday, July 31, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm and on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 9:15 am until 9:45 am. Funeral services will begin 9:30 am in the funeral home on Saturday, August 1, 2015 followed by a 10:30 am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish in Middlesex. Burial will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish.
