Obituary of Michael Wayne Tomore

Middlesex, NJ - Michael Wayne Tomore, 64, died suddenly at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Somerville to his late parents James, Sr. and Edith (Parson) Tomore, Michael has been a lifelong resident of Middlesex. Retiring in 2015, Michael was the owner of R & M Maintenance in Middlesex. He was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed camping trips. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Bound Brook and a life member of the Middlesex Rescue Squad. He is predeceased by his brothers Dennis and Robert. Michael is survived by his wife of fifteen years; Kimberly Anne Staub, his step-daughter Liz Baer and three grandchildren; Leah, Joseph and Nicholas Baer. He also leaves behind many extended family members; brother James, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Jacksonville, FL, mother-in-law Patricia K. Staub of Brookfield, CT, nieces and nephews; Sara, Kevin, Adam and Lee, Michael and Megan Staub, Kristin and Kelly Staub, Kathleen and David Cunningham, great-nephew Matthew Cunningham, sisters-in-law Debbie Tomore and her daughter Ashley, Marianne Tomore and her daughters Brittany and Danielle and his loyal four legged companion, Jezabelle. Visitation will take place at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 4-8pm with a prayer service beginning 7:45 pm. At the request of the family, cremation will be held private. In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be sent to the Middlesex Rescue Squad.
