Obituary of Rosalie Fleming

Bridgewater - Rosalie Fleming, 74, died Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Brandywine Assisted Living in Bridgewater. Born and raised in South Plainfield, Rosalie resided in North Plainfield before relocating to Bridgewater two years ago. After thirty five years of dedication and hard work, Rosalie, retired from Connell Rice and Sugar Company of Berkeley Heights where she started as a bookkeeper and worked her way up to Vice President. Rosalie enjoyed life, she often traveled to Atlantic City . The beach was another favorite place of hers as well. She traveled to Canada, Greece, Egypt, the Bahamas, Niagara Falls. Her "last get away"; was to New York City with her daughter at Christmas time 2012. Ro was very close to her family, she will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She is predeceased by ten brothers and sisters. Surviving is her daughter; April Fleming of Raritan, sister; Sarah Fabiano of Bridgewater, and grandson; Austin Yockel of New Providence. She will also be missed by a host of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 4-6PM with a service beginning at 5:30PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield NJ 07080. Entombment will be held privately.
