Middlesex, NJ - John T. Schwartz, 79, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Born in Ramsey, he grew up in Northern New Jersey and settled to Middlesex in 1990.
John lived life to the fullest and could always be found down the beach, enjoying a good meal at a nice restaurant and was very proud of his work and businesses. He was an entrepreneur having owned several businesses, most recently Brick and Cobblestone Sales located in Newark.
John leaves behind his wife Sharon, son John and his wife Kristen of Secaucus, granddaughter Jodi and sister Sue DeWeil of Toms River and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place in Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 3pm until 7pm and on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 10:30 am until 11:00 am. Committal services will follow in the Chapel of the Twelve Apostles at Resurrection Burial Park.
